Weighing just 30 kg and supporting up to 120 kg, it combines portability and strength. The ebike has front and rear disc brakes, durable 20-inch tyre, and an integrated LED light for safety.
Some assembly may be required including installation of handlebars and wheels. Prior to use, the battery charged and tyre pressures etc. check as detailed in the manual. The handlebar and wheel assembly has typically been fitted during the manufacturing process and then removed for shipping. This does not include local collection as we will fully prepare the bike to be used straight away.
Warning e-scooters: It is illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads, pavements, or cycle paths. They are intended only for use on private land with the owner’s permission.

Warning e-bikes: It is illegal to ride electric bikes that are capable of exceeding 250w and/or a vehicle speed of 15.5mph (25km/h) on public roads, pavements, publicly accessible places - this includes common land, woodlands, bike trails and beaches. They are intended only for use off-road within private land with the owner’s permission and are designed to travel on unpaved surfaces.

Certain components of the e-scooters/e-bike are classified as wear-and-tear items, meaning they are subject to natural deterioration through normal use over time. These parts include, but are not limited to, tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, cables, grips, bearings, and chains.
Care plan: Please note that all Care Plan purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing the Care Plan, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions regarding coverage or inclusions, please contact our team before purchasing.
Domestic Packages: If your packages are not marked as "Delivered" by the courier within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will consider them lost.
International Packages: If your packages are not marked as "Delivered" by the courier within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will consider them lost. Loss Coverage
Domestic Packages: If your packages are not marked as “Delivered” by the courier within 30 days from the date of shipment, they may be considered lost following our review.
International Packages: If your packages are not marked as “Delivered” by the courier within 60 days from the date of shipment, they may be considered lost following our review.
Packages Marked as “Delivered”: If your packages are marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you do not receive them, they may be considered lost, provided you submit appropriate supporting documents for verification.
For the cases mentioned above, you may be eligible for a resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, with compensation up to the original purchase value of the items.
Booking deposit:
£45 Diagnostic fee, which is non-refundable with the repairs, will be taken off the final bill when proceeding with a repair
If your total bill is £100 or less we will proceed without your approval over £100 we will call you with a quote
If your repair is not collected within 3 days then it may be moved to off-site storage and additional charges of E10 a day may be applied
After 28 days your repair will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion
