We offer free shipping to UK MAINLAND only. Worldwide shipping is available at an extra cost. Shipping for Scooters with Lithium batteries are only available for European countries.

Reset 2020 Ltd trading as Skootz retains the right to cancel and refund an order if shipping is not available for the destination or the items.


All our scooters come with a 1-year parts warranty, not including parts subject to wear and tear such as tyres, brakes, chain and seat.

Battery warranty is only valid for 6 months and chargers are valid for 3 months. Even though Hydraulic Brakes do come under items that are subject to wear and tear, we offer a 6 months warranty on those as a goodwill gesture to our customers. 

A Warranty covers you solely against manufacturing faults. General wear and tear, accidental or crash damage or damage from aggressive riding, water damage, exceeding the weight limit or anything else that results in damage due to misuse by the rider is not covered. 

If the problem is not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and any shipping costs. All warranty claim decisions are final.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warranty is only for parts; any repair costs are not covered. Our aim is to put instructional videos on our website for repairs and maintenance and we are happy to provide customers with any additional information for this via phone or email. We may replace warranty parts free of charge at our workshop but it will be the customer’s responsibility to bring the scooter to us and have it collected. This warranty parts replacement is also subject to availability of our engineers and will have to be booked in advance with Skootz Scooters and cannot be done on while you wait basis.

Returns and Replacements Policy

We feel it is important our customers have the opportunity to inspect their purchases in the same way as visiting a shop.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with zero mileage and is in a resellable condition. Water damage is not covered under the warranty.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@skootz.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the items are received, they will be assessed by a Skootz Scooters’ technician. Any missing parts or damage resulting in a reduction in the retail value of the products will result in an equivalent deduction in your refund amount.



Once the product is received and the refund approved, it may take up to 10 working days to process the refund to the original payment method.

In the case of cancelled orders before the item has been dispatched, it may take up to 3 working days to process a refund.
