I've looked into e, scooters an bikes for a good while. Not keen on the cheaper models on the market an not able to spend a fortune. Been to many shops, looked at many many of both. The owner is nice and professional. I had my electronic bike repaired here before, and when I had tire issue later, he fixed it again for me for free. He even helped me lubricate my bike chain without asking. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this place.

I needed my granddaughter`s scooter built up,on phoning Halfords they said as I had not bought it from them they would not do it

Great team, trustworthy very helpful and friendly. My sons scooter stopped working october last year, I put it into skootz and was repaired within 3 days. Unfortunately the same issue happened again last week, I dropped the scooter into the shop on the Saturday and by the Thursday it was ready. The team repaired this free of charge for me which I was over the moon with considering the original repair had a 30 day warranty. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone who has any issues with their scooters.

Awesome job by the Dundee store….tried another local Fife store many times to have my issue with my Dualtron Thunder fixed as it was in a limp mode but after spending loads to have it supposedly fixed it never was….
Called up Skootz and they fixed it first time and now it goes as it should…!

Bought a product which I had issues with.. Was eventually sorted twice by a member of staff, Would of given a 5 star if manager wasn't so abrupt and made me feel I was being spoken down to.. In fact i went back the next day to address why he was like it on the phone, emails and in person several times but fortunately he wasn't working..one time I had got to the shop and they were unpacking an item and the door was locked which I obviously wouldn't of known until I tried to open it, to which I had a stare of discontent.. I even walked past the shop recently and he looked out at me with a face like I was the enemy.. Not a welcoming individual and I would gladly travel to another branch to avoid his negativity or visit when the friendlier more welcoming staff are at the shop to avoid me finally giving an abrupt response that's well overdue..

So I’ll start by saying I ordered my scooter online and when the shop phoned me they were very polite and respectful. I then went to collect my scooter my scooter is excellent it’s exactly as advertised. As for the staff they could not have been any more welcoming, they went over every single detail of the scooter with me. You are made to feel extremely comfortable and they are very knowledgeable about these scooters and e bikes, so they are able to answer any questions you have regarding the scooters or bikes. The customer service skills are excellent I will definitely be back to purchase again or use the repair service.

The guys are brilliant I went in to remove the seat and replace tyres/brakes. afterwards they found another issue that was bigger than first anticipated .so to ensure the safety of the product and ME their customer they actually fixed it for free and wouldn't accept anything for the repair .if you do choose to get your escooter/ebike from this place you won't be disappointed. Personally I recommend the years ecover as the 15%off comes in handy 😉

The guys have fixed my 2 scooter I've had both for punctures guys are friendly and welcoming fixed my repairs in under a hour so glad have my scooter back on road other than stuff in guys shop been little pricey but hey everyone has make a l8ving at end day defs be use here again 5 star service re edit take to 4 stars as they put a skoots sticker over my pure handlebars without asking now frighten to take off incase it leave a sticky residue behind it so for that take 1 star off

The scooter was brand new & bought from Amazon, the shop were wanting me to use my warranty. They have a £35 minimum charge I paid & left it with them. I had travelled a distance & they looked at while I went for a coffee. On returning the only wire to be connected I'd got wrong & they fixed. Should me it working a 2 minute job offered refund, I didn't take my fault entirely. Happy to return if any other issues

After doing plenty of research into e scooters i decided on skootz glasgow. Passed the shop plenty of times on dumbarton road and it always looked busy. I am glad i did!. Service was first class from the start, advice on what to buy for two daughters and an easy payment plan took the pressure off in the lead up to christmas. Mike and the staff couldnt have been more helpful with advise on what was best models to buy and also went above and beyond to make sure scooters were delivered at home when i struggled to get there . Its always good to support local buisness and in ths case, im glad i did. Walked in the store to get my brake lever replaced, had wee scratches. Mike gave me assistance and made sure it's not worth replacing as they were working fine. He managed to get my headset wobble fixed in no time. Would recommend.
