The £35 fee is took of the final repair if customer goes ahead with repair 

Repair faults must be reported within 24Hrs

t&c Repairs are valid for 30 days (puncture not included)

Recon Batteries 1m 3m 6m 

1. Diagnostic Fee £35 is non refundable this comes of your final bill if you proceed with the repair 
2. Please collect scooter within 3 days of text 
3. After 14 days non pick up the scooter will be moved to storage this is charged at £3 per day 
4. After 30 days scooter will be scrapped -Contact store to stop scrappage
