Some assembly may be required including installation of handlebars and wheels. Prior to use, the battery charged and tyre pressures etc. check as detailed in the manual. The handlebar and wheel assembly has typically been fitted during the manufacturing process and then removed for shipping. This does not include local collection as we will fully prepare the bike to be used straight away.
Warning e-scooters: It is illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads, pavements, or cycle paths. They are intended only for use on private land with the owner’s permission.

Warning e-bikes: It is illegal to ride electric bikes that are capable of exceeding 250w and/or a vehicle speed of 15.5mph (25km/h) on public roads, pavements, publicly accessible places - this includes common land, woodlands, bike trails and beaches. They are intended only for use off-road within private land with the owner’s permission and are designed to travel on unpaved surfaces.

Certain components of the e-scooters/e-bike are classified as wear-and-tear items, meaning they are subject to natural deterioration through normal use over time. These parts include, but are not limited to, tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, cables, grips, bearings, and chains.
Domestic Packages: If your packages are not marked as "Delivered" by the courier within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will consider them lost.
International Packages: If your packages are not marked as "Delivered" by the courier within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will consider them lost. Loss Coverage

For the cases mentioned above, you may be eligible for a resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, with compensation up to the original purchase value of the items.
